Ageing

Cheese ages slowly over time in 5 stages:

  • Fresh
  • Aged
  • Ripened
  • Exquisite
  • Time-Honored
    Cheese blocks can be waxed with Honeycomb to prevent further ageing. They can be scraped with an Axe to start ageing again.

Eating

Wedges can be eaten in item form on right click. Blocks can be eaten by right clicking the block and eating a piece at a time. You can add bites back to a block by right clicking it with a matching wedge, or combine wedges back into blocks within a crafting grid! Conversely, full cheese blocks can be placed into a crafting grid to divide them into 4 individual wedges. Blocks will also output a comparator signal that changes based on how many bites they have left.

Cheese can be found in village Creameries and traded from the Fromager.

Cheese

Normal cheese is a nice orange and gets darker with age.

Camembert

Camembert is a white, creamy, and very stinky cheese. It gets darker and more potent with age, and is the absolute favorite treat for the Cat Kwami!
